About the Conference

The rapid evolution of advanced methodologies, interdisciplinary approaches, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital technologies has fundamentally transformed how research is conceptualized, conducted, and disseminated globally.

Organised by the Research Department of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, the International Conference on “Advancing Knowledge for a Dynamic World” brings together academicians, researchers, industry practitioners, doctoral scholars, and students to deliberate on contemporary methodologies, share innovative practices, and strengthen international academic engagement for a changing world.

Selected papers may be considered for submission to the associated partner journals listed below. Final publication decisions rest with the respective journal editorial teams based on review outcomes. Selected full papers presented in the main conference will additionally be considered for the Best Paper Award. Selected full papers will also be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

The conference welcomes original and unpublished extended abstracts, research papers, and poster papers that align with its thematic tracks. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process, with a maximum permissible similarity index of 15%, excluding references.

Extended Abstract and Full Paper

Word limit: 800–1,000 words for Extended Abstract. Should be a structured abstract that must clearly state: purpose, methodology, key results, findings, and implications
Word limit: 6,000–8,000 words (inclusive of abstract, body, figures, tables, and references) for Full paper.
Font: Times New Roman 12pt
Line spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Format: MS Word (.docx)
Referencing: APA style
Title Page: Title, author names, full affiliations (without abbreviations), contact details of the presenting author (For extended abstract and Full paper)
Anonymous Manuscript: no author names or institutional identifiers in text or metadata (For extended abstract and Full paper)

Poster Abstract

Abstract word limit: 500–800 words
Content to include: research question/problem, methodology or approach, preliminary findings, and key implications
Poster dimensions: A0 portrait (841 mm × 1189 mm), PDF format
Accepted presenters must bring a printed poster to the conference
A structured 10-minute poster session with Q&A
The Poster Competition is open to MBA/PGDM students and PhD/FPM research scholars. All 9 conference tracks are eligible for poster submissions.
The Best Poster will be awarded a certificate.
A panel of judges evaluates all posters across four criteria: originality, research quality, visual clarity, and theme relevance.
